House Rules
- Strictly no pets and shoes are allowed in the venue at all times
- All attendees are required to put on socks to ensure good hygiene for the safety of the little ones
- No hanging of decors on the walls with any adhesives apart from masking tape to prevent damages to the surfaces within OurSecondHome
- No loud volume / music throughout the duration of your event
- No shifting of furnishings / electronics within the premises
- Kindly clean up major mess and have them disposed in the bins / trash bags provided
- Strictly no smoking or vaping within the premises as there are smoke detectors. Should they be triggered, a penalty will be imposed in accordance to the mall’s regulations
- No F&B is allowed at the indoor playground and other play areas
- Kindly do not tamper with the facilities provided within the venue
- Kindly check the venue before leaving to ensure that no belongings are left behind. OurSecondHome will not be responsible for any lost items.
- Booking Confirmation
The payment terms are as follows:
Full payment is required to secure your booking of the chosen date and time slot.- Refundable Security Deposit
- A security deposit of $800 is required to cover potential loss or damages to the venue. This deposit is refundable should the venue be returned in a satisfactory condition.
- Should any of the items within our venue be damaged, stained or missing,
- OurSecondHome reserves the right to forfeit the losses incurred from the security deposit.
- Should the losses incurred exceed the security deposit,
- OurSecondHome reserves the right to request for the damages to be covered.

- Refundable Security Deposit
- Return of the Space
Additional cleaning fees of $120 may apply if the space is not returned in a reasonable state - The space must be returned in the same state as it was provided to you
Basic housekeeping must be done before leaving the space - All trash must be disposed in the trash bags provided
All spillages to be cleaned up immediately to prevent stains - Kindly clean up food debris such as food crumbs and liquid from drinks
- Do assist to ensure that all the balls remain / are returned to the ball pit
- All external props and decorations are to be teared down by the end of event and disposed accordingly
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations done less than 60 days before event | Partial Refund of 70% |
Cancellations done less than 30 days before event date | Partial Refund of 50% |
Cancellations done less than 14 days before event date | No Refund |
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 1 week in advance, subjected to availability of the dates. Should the dates requested is not available, no refunds will be allowed.
